Use original and creative thinking to develop concepts and finished materials from rough ideas or customer’s needs.
Develop graphic art materials to be used by Cherrylake and sister companies for advertising, sales, organizational promotion and public relations (i.e. logo design, packaging, flyers, signs, presentations, etc.).
Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
Researching and understanding current trends in marketing, design and technology.
Maintain and update existing websites with fresh content and images. Collaborate with teams to create website landing pages and optimize user experience.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop social media and email marketing campaigns that align with other digital marketing strategies.
Assist with video creation and editing for social media, training, websites and other advertising opportunities.
Coordinate projects with printers and vendors.
Assist in event planning including, trade shows, CEU programs and internal company events.
Conduct general research and project based work, all of which to be performed in alignment with the company’s long term strategy.

4 year college degree
2+ years professional marketing experience preferred
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and data-driven
Highly creative with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google’s G Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Spanish as a second language a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, PHP and CSS a plus
Professional photography and videography experience a plus
SEO experience a plus
