The Sales Analyst (SA) is for Cherry Lake Tree Farm, the leading producer and marketer of ornamental plant material in the Southeast. Product lines include large containerized trees, shrubs, palms, and outsourced materials. Territories include Florida, Texas, Gulf States, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and the Northeast.
The Sales Analyst (SA) is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales and related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity. Cherry Lake Tree Farm markets over 200 product lines with fluctuating inventory volume and pricing. The SA will track sales rates, forecast inventory availability, measure price elasticity, suggest price levels and promotions for revenue optimization. In addition, the SA will monitor orders and commitment levels and work with Sales Manager to efficiently allocate inventory for optimal inventory flow.
Sales Analyst will track customer service and sales metrics via CRM and ERP information systems and support Sales Manager in leading sales and customer service teams with accurate and actionable data.
The Sales Analyst will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis; assess future needs and data integrity. SA must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
