JOB SUMMARY 

The Digital Marketing Specialist opening is an exciting opportunity to work with established and newly emerging brands in the food and agriculture industry. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be working with the marketing team on the development of our e-commerce brands and online advertising while continuing a reputable and strong wholesale brand. Some of the projects include e-commerce packaging design and development, updating and maintaining our web presence, SEO and online advertising campaigns, developing and increasing our video marketing for internal and external audiences, research and development of e-commerce strategies and plan, create and design marketing materials for web and print along with other marketing projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and platforms.

• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic and paid SEO/SEM success.

• Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

• Identify trends and insights while optimizing spend and performance based on those insights.

• Conduct general research and project based work, all of which to be performed in alignment with the company’s long term strategy.

• Develop graphic art materials to be used by Cherrylake and sister companies.

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with other digital marketing strategies.

• Collaborate on email and social media campaigns.

• Email marketing and website development.

• Assist with other project needs as part of the marketing and organizational development teams.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 4 year college degree

• 3+ years professional marketing experience

• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and data-driven

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Software knowledge preferred: WordPress, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and/or Google’s G Suite, Acumatica

• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP and CSS a plus

• Proven SEO experience a plus

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns a plus

• Spanish as a second language a plus

 

HOURS OF WORK 

Monday through Friday, start and end times vary depending on organizational needs. May be required to work overtime during peak times.
